POWER is the keyword of this podcast since nuclear weapons gives you "power". But if they can control the nuclear weapons to not use it for their own demise and use it for necessary events. Banning it may lead others to use it to win a territorial power or economic power. Why would they think " Oh I have the blood on my hands I pushed the button". It leads to war that they will hurt our country. Everything is in the past but some people are still holding on to it like holding on a rope. Everything is massive threat to society like climate change, viruses, etc but we may feel threatened and trying to figure it out in a panic mode. As FEAR is another key word of this podcast since it helps us figure out a situation if we are in FEAR. Its like how our military is confronted upon something that they fear but it's their job to feel not feared upon things that they are confronted by. If fear is brought upon our government or our president then they would feel to bring armageddon upon if they feel threatened. We have nuclear power which makes peace upon other countries and states. It's like when people wish for World Peace no matter what there is still someone that would think of bringing down another country still even though there is world peace. As people keep on bringing up WORLD WAR III but will it happen with our economic status or political power?

I listened to a podcast about the Flu Epidemic of 1918. I’ve learned about this before but I don’t remember much about it. The podcast cleared some uncertainty I had. I learned that it happened during war and that many soldiers brought it back to their families and that their camps were basically flu incubators. Apparently masks didn’t do much since the Flu was a virus and not a bacteria but it did do more against pneumonia which most likely happened after the flu for those who survived. A vaccine wasn’t created until 1944 and since the flu had mutations the vaccine also has to have some adjustments. People had to do a lot of things we have to do today. They had to stay home especially if they were sick. The name Spanish Flu came from Spain since they were most uncensored about it meaning they had a lot of information. Also, the podcast ladies were talking about how it can happen again, since it’s in the recent history. That’s ironic since it is happening right now.

You were supposed to listen to the podcast linked, but how can I argue with your topic selection. Glad you found it informational. Are history podcasts in your future?
