I didn’t really enjoy this song, but i didn’t dislike it either. It has a nice melody to it. I really enjoyed the drums in the background a lot. His voice is really soothing and relaxing i like how he was singing.

I liked this song, it was a 5 to me. It was really repetitive. The tempo of the song was a medium speed. His voice in my
Opinion is very soothing, relaxing i loved it. I really enjoy the sound of guitar and drums in the background it was amazing.

I liked how the guitar was played. Along with the harmonica solo. Good beat and melody.

The song wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. I liked the tempo and the beat. I disliked the vocals. 6/10

Blues traveler does a wonderful job of portraying the state of the modern music industry with "Hook." The song does many things well to create a great cohesion between lyrics and instrumentals. One of the most prominent things was the series of random words to support the point of the song, to say that people don't even really listen to the song and if the hook is catchy they're going to keep coming back for more. I really love this purpose, even though it insults the audience. It really gets me thinking that what Blues Traveler is saying is actually true since I also have been fooled by the catchy hook. It really does a stellar job of keeping me intererested to know that atleast Blues Traveler is willing to keep it real. The only problems would be that i do not particularly enjoy the way he is singing which kind of mask what words he is saying. Overall a seven out of ten
